Raintree Lake HOA Meeting Minutes - October 2023

The regular meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was held on October 17th ,2023 at the community center. The gathering began promptly at seven thirty in the evening with President, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the gathered board members.

This is to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are excited/implementing several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Effective immediately the coming weeks, we will be modifying our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and planting a variety of colorful flowers. Our dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
